It is a common problem globally where children do not like the taste of most of the vegetables cooked in traditional ways. One of the biggest reasons being that they are not glamourous enough to be part of fast food and seldom included in a restaurant menu. Also, their taste is something that requires a slightly more evolved palette.
The biggest issue with it is that most children grow up disliking vegetables that continues till their mid thirties and sometimes all their lives.
Hence, falling in love with the idea not only requires glamourizing the vegetables through personification through stories but also making a ceremony out of cooking them by innovative presentation and cooking methods.
This is a three day workshop intended to sensitize children towards common vegetables through the art of storytelling and interactive cooking.
