Turns on. There is an issue with reading discs. The PS1 games tested took a long time to load but were read. The PS2 games tested were not read. No other disc types have been tested. This console is sold under the assumption that the disc drive is failing. Because of this, I cannot guarantee the functionality of any disc type with this console. There is wear and scratches on the console. The AV cable has white areas on it. Please see photos for condition.
