This is a brand new unopened stack of promo event distribution cards for a Level 50 Charizard download given to Target stores during October 1st-14th 2017, with an expiration of February 4th, 2018. These cards are no longer valid and will not result in any redemption if a download were attempted. This is being sold as a rare collectible given it's current status. There are 51 cards in the stack. This was for the Nintendo 3DS games and has no association with the Pokemon TCG, every card is for the same expired-void digital Charizard.
