Tobal No. 1 (1996) Newly Listed 11/17/2024Brand New Factory Sealed Japan Sony Playstation 1 PS1 ImportThe photos in this listing are all from the specific item being sold. Excellent condition copy of Tobal No. 1 with clean shrink-wrap, no cracks, no tears, no bruises, no streaks, no abrasions, and no blemishes. After a thorough examination, the only imperfection we found was a tiny dot on the spine card on the back, towards the upper right corner. The imperfection appears to be a printing issue where a single speck of ink became offset from the black ink of the Playstation logo box. Please check the last two close-up photos for reference. NCS Product Synopsis Update: July 8, 2016 On August 2, 1996, Square broke away from the orbit of its RPG development model and targeted the 3-D fighting arena. The fruit of their labor was dubbed Tobal No. 1, a 3-D polygon-based fighting game which ran at a fluid 60 fps. Akira Toriyama of DBZ fame designed the characters with his distinctive style and flair and eight combatants fought for supremacy against an otherworldly backdrop... Twenty years later, NCS digs the game up again from the bowels of warehousing. All stock is in new, factory sealed, excellent condition and the game is the first print Japanese edition which includes a second CD that previews Final Fantasy VII. Although not a big deal today, the inclusion of the FFVII demo was a major selling point back in the day.
