This is for an extremely scarce thin cardboard folder advertising the game SRS Street Racing Syndicate, released by Namco in 2004. The backside has the "RP" for the rating (Rating Pending) so this is definitely pre-release, and I believe this was available only at the E3 show in May 2004. This opens up to what appears to be a photo holder. I'm unsure if you were supposed to insert a photo of yourself in it, or something else. Back side has graphics and is copyright Namco and Eutechnyx, the UK video game developer. Folder measures 8 7/8" x 6" when closed. Clean and nice with very minor edge wear.
