This item is tested working. This comes with the console and power supply. This has been factory reset. You will need to use a gamepad in order to use and set this console up as an fyi. There is some marker or crayon marks on the console and power supply. The rear plastic near the fan is a bit messed up. This is used so there is some wear and scratches on the item.
