This is a rare UbiWorkshop edition, code name : Desmond Miles File Assassin's Creed III game set for the 360. The set comes in a file-style set box, a 2nd edition Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia book, an Assassin's Creed Subject 4 book, and 5 prints in an Abstergo Industries' envelope marked "Confidential." The file box case does not come with seals and has been opened though the contents are still for the most part in new condition. The file box itself does have some water stains on the right side and back, and the bottom does not close properly. The Encyclopedia has a bit of discoloration on the backside as well.
