Console is tested and working. Plays Mario Kart just fine (not included). Blue controller joystick is a little loose but I was able to play games with it just fine. Red controller is 3rd party and works fine. There is tape on it from previous owner. All hookups and cables are OEM. Sold as is. No returns.
