Switch boards have very weak protection circuitry and depending on the damage done to the board - it's not uncommon for the main Nvidia CPU to fail, rendering the system unfixable! I authorize Bison iFix technicians to perform repair work on my electronic device. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold Bison iFix from liability for any claims or damages including permanent loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on my electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of Bison iFix or its agent. Any damage or loss due to Bison iFix sole negligence will be limited to the actual cost to repair or replace the item(s) with item(s) of comparable value and condition when sent in for repair. To avoid any kind of unwanted claims we are recording our repairs so this will give us the evidence for the work we have done on your console for that we Bison iFix requesting the following authorization .I authorize Bison iFix to record the video of my console repair. The comparable value in such instances will be determined by Bison iFix . I understand that Bison iFix is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my electronic device. I also understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure. I understand that Bison iFix will not browse through any personal, private or confidential information or data; however, technicians may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. I understand that any confidential data should be removed from the device prior to having repair work performed on the device. I understand that Bison iFix is not responsible for delivered items that are unable to be located or have been stolen. I understand that if I cancel my repair within the time it takes Bison iFix to fix my device(s), a $15 cancellation fee may apply per repair and the customer will be charged actual return shipping on mailed in devices. I understand that if I cancel a special order, a $15 cancellation fee may apply per special order. All Non repairable devices that have been previously repaired or opened may be subject to a $15 bench fee. All devices that are sent in with Bugs Maybe Charged a 15$ Cleaning Fee and will repair will not be started for 48 hours to fumigate console. All devices that are sent in with water damage will be returned and the customer will be refunded minus return shipping & 15$ Bench Fee.
