It is not entirely necessary to remove the PCB board from it's casing in order to do the recapping. The best way is to remove half of the black tape to expose two of the screws, remove them, remove the other three screws, remove the bottom casing, THEN put one of the screws back to hold the PCB into place for the recapping job.
