The core reason for the creation of such a product was to introduce workout sessions, making them more of an energetic, enthusiastic batch. As Bollywood songs bring in the vibes of being lively, wherein functional strength training would be concentrated more on weight loss and body strengthening workouts, Pilates would bring in energies to combine inner healing and calmness giving oneself a complete feel of rejuvenation and all set ready for the upcoming day.

Functional Strength training-

The American Council on Exercise (ACE) defines functional strength training as “performing work against resistance in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance the performance of movements so that an individual’s activities of daily living are easier to perform.”

Doing resistance exercises and movements that help you become stronger, more flexible, and agiler makes you better equipped to handle day-to-day feats of strength and athleticism that are often overlooked.  And, it can help you become less injury-prone.

The important stabilizer muscles in your core/deep abdominals, shoulders, and hips.

Pilates-

You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.

Pilates’ focus is on core however, you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs.  Positions and movements used to activate core rely on extremities to control &/or apply loads to the core and likewise will benefit from Pilates.

If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintain good posture, then Pilates is for you. It also has a strong mind/body connection, so you may like it if you enjoy yoga but need a more intense core workout.

Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus your core and for increasing your flexibility.

Pilates involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques.

The Class routine is as follows:

  • First, ten minutes warm-up consisting of dynamic stretches on songs (2/3)
  • 20-25 minutes for intense dance workout {Bollywood songs}
  • 20 minutes of functional strength training workout
  • 10-15 minutes of Pilates on mat
  • 10 minutes of cooling down

Conditions apply:

1} First class/demo class for the student is free after informing the trainer

2} absenteeism by the student without informing the trainer /institute would be marked for the class

3} 2 days prior the trainer/institute should be informed for the leave by the student and it would be considered

4} Absenteeism based on medical grounds would be considered only after informing the trainer /institute.

5} Vacations, family outings should be informed at least a week prior to the trainer/institute if not informed won’t be considered.

6} Class canceled due to weather conditions would be considered.

Duration of Class: One Hour {7am-8am}

Days: Monday – Wednesday – Friday – Thrice a week.

Number of sessions: 12 sessions in a month

Fee structure: 2,500/- inclusive of 18% GST.
