Profile of Facilitator

Shrutika Rao is an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher and a professionally trained Dancer who understands the therapeutic value of body awareness and movement. She combines the techniques of dance with breathing techniques of Yoga to give her students a toolbox to work with in opening their bodies. With a firm belief in the body and mind connection, she holds that aligning your body leads to clarity in the mind.

Synergy yoga is a unique style that incorporates asanas (poses and postures), vinyasa (dynamic exercises that combine movement with breath), pranayama (breath control) and meditation. It’s a dynamic moving meditation that links postures with breath. Synergy Yoga teaches a practice that is safe regardless of how fit you are.

Chetna who is an engineer by qualification has also obtained her diploma from the yoga institute in Santacruz.
