Gameboy Rechargeable Battery Pack This battery pack fits into the existing battery compartment for the Gameboy DMG-01 with only minor modification to the shell. Easy to install and remove, no assembly or soldering required. The existing battery cover fits over the battery. Remove the cover to access the charge port. You can also purchase with the optional custom trimmed battery cover or modify your own to access the USB port without removing the battery cover. This is is highly recommended because the battery cover clip is delicate and will likely break after repeated opening and closing of the the battery compartment. The 7.4V 1250mAh (3.7V 2500mAh) LiPo battery pack is rechargeable via USB USB- to Type-C connection.
